Except for the MD250, all autoMAP series machines have the same basic operating and software features. Models vary in size, mold shapes, production capacities, speeds and accessories.
Our autoMAP line-up includes 100E, 100Mini, 100MiniEXL, 200E, 200EXL, 400 with different functions, features, and capacities. We have designed and implemented specific liquid filling and automatic cap feeding units for aluminum tray packaging, primarily used in the military ration and ready-to-eat meals (MREs) with an extended shelf life.

Our autoMAP 200 series machines vary in size, mold layout, vacuum pump capacity and additional devices used together. In order to increase the production capacity, there is a double mold-sealing unit in the machine body. The basic features are the same as the autoMAP series. SKIN and CARTOMAP packaging technique can be applied. It can work in harmony with all kinds of additional machines and devices that perform labeling, weighing, inspection, distribution, loading and unloading operations. |
Our autoMAP400 model machines have been developed for high capacity ready meals production. It is especially preferred for services such as MILITARY LOGISTICS, DISASTER LOGISTICS, which need packaging with long shelf life in aluminum packaging. Our autoMAP400 machines have lid handling and placement automation developed by special R&D for aluminum packaging. With our autoMAP400 machines, solid-liquid-granule filling can be done, hot or cold products can be packaged. |
The autoMAP-MD250 can perform not only tray sealing but also gradual vacuum, gas flushing and MAP packaging technologies quickly. Hot or cold filling is possible. Unlike other machine operations, it uses a robotic arm for product transfer. The automation unit, which performs all kinds of monitoring and control of the production line, instantly warns and protects the system in case of possible errors, misuse and installation malfunctions. Mold change, film reel change applications are very simplified.
