Semi Automatic MAP Tray Sealer with Rotary Tool

We are proud to introduce the MAP25 Rotary, the new version of our MAP25 Semi-Automatic Tray Sealer machine.
The MAP25 Rotary was designed and manufactured to save time during transitions between product loading and sealing. Thanks to the dual toolset mounted on a rotating table, the loading process can be performed on one side while the sealing process is carried out simultaneously on the other. As a result, cycle times for production are reduced, and total production capacity increases by approximately 30–40%. These types of machines are designed and manufactured to meet the needs of companies with high production capacity expectations but limited budgets.

Rotary-type machines are operated by a single operator per shift. It is sufficient for the trays to be prepared in advance on the production table.

The MAP25 Rotary Tray Sealer is used for packaging a wide variety of food products. You can choose between standard sealing or MAP (Modified Atmosphere Packaging) sealing. Foods packaged using MAP technology preserve their freshness, taste, aroma, and nutritional value. Bacterial growth is prevented, and shelf life is extended. It significantly increases packaging speed, particularly in the catering industry. It can be used in a wide range of applications, including seafood, ready-to-eat meals, frozen products, fresh produce, meat products, and dairy products.

MAP technology, which uses vacuum and food-grade gas, is particularly preferred for packaging raw meat, fish, and poultry products, as well as semi-cooked or fully cooked foods, nuts, dried foods, meat products like salami, sausage, sucuk, and pastrami, chicken and turkey products, salads, various cheeses, offal, and olives. After the MAP packaging process, these products not only look good on the shelves but also have a long shelf life.
Our MAP series machines are manufactured using high-tech, durable materials. Machine maintenance and cleaning prosedure is very easy. Rotary molds can be changed in a very short time, allowing for packaging of different types and weights. The automatic film winding and collection system helps save film. Thanks to the film sensor on the machine, printed film can be used. The film sensors ensure that the printed area on the film is precisely aligned with the package.
Our MAP25 Rotary machines comfortably meet the demands of small scale businesses and can also be used efficiently in large-scale production facilities.
Our MAP25 Rotary packaging machine supports the use of plastic (PET / PE / CPP / OPP / EVOH), aluminum, and paper-based films and tray. APACK staff will provide you with the necessary technical information regarding the film and tray models compatible with the machine you purchase.
APACK not only offers the very best food manufacturing, processing and packaging machinery & functional packaging material but also the 'Total Processing Packaging' service & support that is needed for customers to get the most out of them.
Our MAP25 machines have international certificates of conformity. We are certified for ISO22000 Food Production and ISO13485 Medical Equipment Production.
The MAP25 has been designed for long uninterrupted productions, and is offered with service and separe parts with our APACK warranty both our national and international customers.

Modified Atmosphere Packaging, is a technology that has been developed to ensure that packaged food products stay fresh and attractive for as long as possible.
Everyone knows that a lot of factors cause food spoilage. The main causes is the growth of microbes such as bacteria, yeasts and mold. To keep food fresh for as long as possible without additives is our philosophy. While Sealing the food product in a package, containing gases in controlled proportions that makes slow down the process of oxidation and the growth of microbes.
| PRODUCT | MAP Life | Standart Atmosphere Life |
| Tost Bread | 2-3 Month | 10 Days |
| Cake | 40-60 Days | 10 Days |
| Patty | 6 Weeks | 1-2 Days |
| Pizza | 30 Days | 1-2 Days |
| Hamburger | 30 Days | 1 Week |
| Pita | 2-3 Months | 1 Month |
| Cheese | 6-8 Days | 3 Day |
This is the main idea of Modified Atmosphere Packaging = MAP.
Food is different - so is the gas composition used to pack different food products. Red meat needs high oxygen to maintain the red color, bread requires low oxygen to avoid mould and vegetables often need a three-gas mixture (gas flushing). Please ask for recommendation from your advisor to find the most suitable gas mixture (gas flushing) to perform better shelf life. Barrier films is more useful to prevent modified atmosphere from escaping or air getting back into the pack.
