APACK CERTIFICATES

Certificates that our company deserves

Our company has all the NATIONAL / INTERNATIONAL certificates required by our industry. Although we are not obliged to some certifications as a machine manufacturer, we decided to acquire them to provide comfort to our customers in their inspections and accreditations.

The following are the national and international documents that our company is entitled to acquire as a corporate:

ISO CERTIFICATES

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is an international standard-setting body composed of representatives from various national standards organizations. Founded on 23 February 1947, the organization develops and publishes worldwide technical, industrial and commercial standards. It is headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland and works in 165 countries.

Issues such as standardization, measuring, naming and translating foreign names into various languages, determining the features that machines, test managers, tools, processes, surfaces, materials and parts should have and the way these features are presented fall within the scope of the International Standards Organization. This organization, upon request, establishes international technical committees to resolve a special scientific standard issue and publishes the results of the work of these committees as International Standards (IS). Due to technological needs, ISO standards are reviewed every five years and necessary changes are made..

ISO 9001 - Quality Management

ISO 9001 specifies requirements for a quality management system when an organization:

a) needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and

b) aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

All the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 are generic and are intended to be applicable to any organization, regardless of its type or size, or the products and services it provides.

ISO 22000 - Food Safety Quality Management

The ISO 22000 standard has been published as a food safety standard developed as a result of many years of work by the ISO committee, which gathered to identify and meet the increasing international needs for food safety. The consequences of unsafe food can be serious. ISO's food safety management standards help organizations identify and control food safety hazards while also working with other ISO management standards such as ISO 9001. ISO 22000, which is valid for all types of food manufacturers, provides assurance in global food. The supply chain sets standards to help products cross borders and to bring people food they can trust.

ISO 13485 - Medical Devices Quality Management

ISO 13485 specifies requirements for a quality management system where an organization needs to demonstrate its ability to provide medical devices and related services that consistently meet customer and applicable regulatory requirements. Such organizations can be involved in one or more stages of the life-cycle, including design and development, production, storage and distribution, installation, or servicing of a medical device and design and development or provision of associated activities (e.g. technical support).

ISO 45001 - Health and Safety (OHS) Quality Management

ISO 45001 specifies requirements for the occupational health and safety (OHS) management system and provides guidance for its use to enable organizations to provide safe and healthy workplaces by preventing and proactively improving work-related injuries and illnesses. Awarded to companies that have established an OHS management system to improve occupational health and safety, eliminate hazards, and minimize OHS risks (including system deficiencies), address OHS management.

COVİD-19 Pandemic Process Management Standard

As APACK, we have been very careful during the epidemic that has turned the whole world's life upside down. We have taken all the rules prescribed by our Ministry of Health. We attached great importance to regular spraying, quarantine processes of our infected friends, contact restrictions of employees, and the use of masks. We applied air sterilization with ozone system, manufactured by our own engineers, inside the factory and meeting rooms. We conducted our business meetings remotely. Thankfully, we managed to get out of this difficult process without loss, accident or damage.

We were entitled to receive a certificate as a result of the compliance of the hygiene rules in our company and our sensitivity in the prevention and inspection of infection during the Covid-19 pandemic process and its continuation.

CE Certificate - Conformité Européenne - European Conformity Certificate

We see CE letters on many products in free circulation in the European Economic Area (EEA). This mark, which stands for European Conformity, indicates that products sold within the Community have been inspected/assessed according to minimum safety, health and environmental protection requirements. It is a document requested by the parties in almost all world trade.

The CE marking indicates that the product can be freely sold anywhere in the European Economic Area, regardless of its country of origin. It consists of the CE logo and, if applicable, the four-digit identification number of the notified body involved in the conformity assessment procedure. "CE" is an abbreviation for "conformité européenne" (French for "European conformity").

All APACK Machines are entitled to this document, which is required for the national or international market, on the basis of BRAND/MODEL. Each model of our machine has a certificate of conformity with individual CE standards.

Since the documents are for a period of time, companies are subject to these compliance inspections again at the end of the period.
